What format are the workbooks in?

Every workbook is a PDF that you download and print yourself. Nothing is shipped. Each product page states the file format, paper size and recommended ages.

How do I get my workbook after I buy it?

After payment you'll get an email with a link to your product's secure access page on vault.oxizero.com. Open that link, enter the email you used to buy, and verify with the one-time code we send you. Then download your files. It can take a few minutes after payment for access to appear.

Do I need an app or an account?

No app, and no account or password. You verify with your purchase email each time you need access. Open the PDF, print it, and hand it over.

How long do I have access?

For good. Your purchase includes lifetime access to the workbook and unlimited re-downloads for licensed use. Verification codes and sessions expire for security, but that never ends your access. Just verify again. Keeping a personal backup is a good idea too.

Can I print a workbook more than once, or use it with more than one of my own children?

Yes. The household license lets you print as many copies as you need for the children in your own household, including home education.

Can I use a workbook in my classroom?

Yes. One purchase licenses one individual teacher or educator for the students they personally teach, such as their own classroom, homeschool group or tutoring students. It doesn't cover multiple teachers, a whole school, a center or a tutoring company. Those need additional licensing. See our license terms for the full details.

Can I share, resell, or post a workbook online?

No. Please don't forward the files, access links or verification codes, resell them, or post them where others could download them. Individual teachers may place materials on a private, access-controlled classroom platform for their own students only. Full terms are on our license terms page.

Who can buy?

Our store is for adults: parents, guardians, teachers and educators. Children can use the printed pages under adult supervision.

How do I know which age band is right for my child?

We publish across four age bands — Ages 3–5, Ages 6–8, Ages 9–11, and Ages 12–14 — each color-coded so it's easy to spot at a glance. If your child is between bands, the earlier one is usually the gentler start.

What if my download doesn't work, or my code doesn't arrive?

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you're using the email you bought with. If it still doesn't work, email info@youngmindsactivity.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please never share your verification code with anyone, including us.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital files, we generally can't offer change-of-mind refunds once your files are available. If a file is faulty, the wrong product, a duplicate charge or you can't access it, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Your legal rights are never affected.
