Terms of service

Welcome to YoungMindsActivity™. These Terms cover youngmindsactivity.com, secure access at vault.oxizero.com (the “Oxizero Vault”), our related online services (together, the “Services”), and purchases of printable digital workbooks and activity files (the “Products”). “YoungMindsActivity,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating under the YoungMindsActivity trading name. We focus on U.S. customers and welcome purchases worldwide where legally permitted.

Purchases, purchase-email verification, Oxizero Vault access, support and subscriptions are intended for adult parents, guardians, teachers and educators. Children may use the printable materials under adult supervision. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Digital Product License and Refund Policy. Our Privacy and Cookie Policies explain data processing; agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

1. What you are buying

Products are digital files, usually PDFs, to download and print yourself. No physical item is shipped. You purchase a license to use the Product, not ownership of its copyright. Product descriptions state file formats, paper size, age guidance and any other relevant requirements. You need a compatible device, internet access and PDF reader, and a printer if printing.

2. Orders, prices and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is displayed. The checkout states the currency, total price and applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT or GST where required. Currency conversion or fees charged by your bank may be separate. Price changes do not affect paid orders. Where legally permitted, we may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

3. Payment

Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout process payments. We do not store your full payment-card number in the Oxizero Vault. You must be authorized to use the payment method and provide an accurate purchase email address you can access.

4. Secure delivery and permanent access

After payment, Shopify sends order updates to the Oxizero Vault by webhook. The Oxizero Vault stores purchase and Product entitlements and checks those stored records when you request access. Refunds and cancellations update eligibility. We email you a specific Product access-page link hosted on vault.oxizero.com, for example vault.oxizero.com/p/young-minds-activity/.... Open that emailed link and use the purchase email and an OTP or another available purchase-verification/access mechanism. The Oxizero Vault homepage is not a public customer portal for finding or accessing purchased Products. Resend delivers OTP emails. Verification does not create an Oxizero Vault customer account or password login.

Your purchase includes lifetime/permanent access to the purchased digital Product and unlimited re-downloads for licensed use. There is no ordinary hard numerical download cap. We may reasonably use rate limits, additional verification or temporary restrictions to investigate automated, excessive, suspicious or abusive downloading, unauthorized sharing, scraping, piracy, fraud or attempts to bypass security. A download count alone does not end a legitimate customer’s entitlement.

The license is perpetual while its terms are followed. Temporary sessions, OTPs or download tickets may expire without ending purchase entitlement; verify again when needed. We may change the delivery domain, platform or technical method while continuing to provide access to eligible purchased Products. Lifetime access is not a promise that one specific domain or platform will exist forever, and it does not include every future Product or subscription. Keep a personal backup. If access fails, contact support; our Delivery and Refund Policies explain assistance and remedies.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy provides help for corrupted, incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, inaccessible or materially misdescribed Products. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once digital supply has begun, subject to that policy and applicable law. Contacting support first is encouraged and is not a condition of statutory remedies or payment-dispute rights.

6. Intellectual property

Product text, illustrations, characters, layouts and other original content are protected by copyright and belong to the business operating YoungMindsActivity or its licensors. The YoungMindsActivity brand, names and logos are subject to applicable trademark and other brand rights. Use is permitted only under the Digital Product License.

7. Acceptable use and enforcement

Follow the household or individual educator license; do not resell, redistribute or share files, purchase-verification codes, access links or sessions outside licensed use.
Do not remove copyright notices, misrepresent authorship, or use Product content to train AI or create competing products.
Do not automate downloading, scrape the Services, circumvent rate limits or security, or use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or harmfully.

We may apply proportionate security measures and investigate suspected misuse. Contact support if legitimate access is restricted. For a substantiated material license or Terms violation, we may suspend access or end the affected license, giving notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonably practicable. Refunds or cancellations may also end entitlement to the affected purchase. Any refusal of a refund remains subject to applicable law.

8. Reviews and material you submit

Reviews must reflect real experience. Do not submit children’s faces, names, schools or other identifying details. If you submit a review for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display it with the public identity you choose; separate permission is required for identifiable customer photos or unrelated marketing uses. Do not submit anything you lack permission to share. We may remove unlawful or off-topic material, but not merely because a review is negative.

9. Service providers

Shopify operates the storefront and checkout. The Oxizero Vault uses Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare and Upstash as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services may have their own policies. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you under these Terms or mandatory law.

10. Educational and safety disclaimer

Products support general education and entertainment, not medical advice, therapy, developmental assessment or a guaranteed learning outcome. Adults should choose appropriate activities and supervise scissors, glue and small pieces. See the Disclaimer.

11. Warranties

Beyond our express commitments, Refund Policy and mandatory legal guarantees, Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Printer settings can affect colors and sizes. We do not exclude guarantees or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, special or consequential business losses and limit liability relating to a Product to the amount paid for it. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited. Where local law prohibits a limit, that limit does not apply.

13. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for your own unlawful misuse of the Services or Products. Any claim for losses or reasonable costs caused by that misuse remains subject to applicable law and does not transfer our own legal responsibilities to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country, state or province of residence. Email support to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved, a claim may be brought in a competent Wyoming court, a qualifying small-claims court, or the courts where you live when applicable law permits or requires it. Informal resolution is not a mandatory waiting period for statutory remedies.

15. Changes

Updates are posted with a new effective date. Later changes do not retroactively reduce purchased license or access rights. We give notice of material service or privacy changes where required.

16. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the purchase policies describe the agreement for Products, subject to mandatory law.
